Previously reviewed this product and the company reached out to me and explained their situation and we have reach an agreement. I ordered this necklace again and it came within record timing. Besides the mailing mishap, this is quality jewelry and I would buy from them again.
the order was delivered damaged, with no necklace inside. it was stolen and the company nor the post office would do anything about it. I contacted the company for a refund and they ignored all my emails. would not recommend buying from them

The delivery was investigated by both Royal Mail and USPS, and their investigation concluded that no fault was found with the delivery and that the parcel was recorded as having been delivered in good condition.
