At ASÁNT London, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every piece is covered by our 12-Month Guarantee, giving you confidence in jewellery designed to last.

What Your 12-Month Guarantee Covers

Our 12-Month Guarantee applies to all items purchased directly from ASÁNT London from 1st April 2026 and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

This includes:

  • Faulty clasps or mechanisms
  • Chain breakage caused by manufacturing faults
  • Structural defects in the piece
  • Stones or components detaching due to craftsmanship issues
  • Unusual tarnishing or discolouration beyond expected wear

If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a like-for-like replacement or store credit.

What Is Not Covered

To ensure fairness and maintain product standards, the following are not covered:

  • General wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or surface-level damage from regular use
  • Improper handling, misuse, or lack of care
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, resizing, or alterations
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Any modifications made to the original product

All claims are assessed based on reasonable use.

Fair Use Policy

To protect the integrity of our 12-Month Guarantee:

  • Claims must include clear, original images of the item
  • Reused, altered, or digitally manipulated images will not be accepted
  • Claims showing signs of misuse or intentional damage may be declined
  • Excessive or repeated claims may be refused at our discretion
